WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR REPLACE PRODUCTS THAT ARE MARKED DELIVERED BY USPS!

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR REPLACE PRODUCTS THAT ARE DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS THAT WAS ENTERED AT CHECKOUT BY CUSTOMER!

WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS ON PRODUCTS YOU HAVE OPENED/TESTED AND DO NOT LIKE FOR NO REASON AT ALL!

You have 15 calendar days to return broken or damaged products. Once we receive your item(s) we will inspect it and notify you with options.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. 

Only the item(s) affected will have the option of refund or replacement (not the entire order) 

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Pictures and or videos must be presented as evidence for damaged or broken products! 

Shipping
You will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping your products due to inaccurate addresses input at checkout or any errors related to your address. Shipping costs are non­refundable and nonnegotiable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
